CHANGE: Added Deliberation Timer to Public Display window.

NEW FEATURE: Added support for WiFi (a.k.a., "smart") devices via QuizBowl Systems' Player App. Also added support for QuizBowl Systems' Coach App. NEW FEATURE: Separated match settings and roster files, making it possible to use the same roster file with different settings files. Rosters now may hold any number of teams with up to 15 players each. NEW FEATURE: Settings (a.k.a., properties) files are now built into the program rather than being separate from the main system.
NEW FEATURE: Public Display screen orientation can now be flipped, if needed, and can have a customizable background. NEW FEATURE: Live Excel-format spreadsheet is now editable in-match and is saved after each question. NEW FEATURE: All timers have a customizable alert level setting, at which their background turns red. Each has a customizable sound associated with its alert level.
